Five chapters are also empty files — a title page and a 1/13/98 footer: 15 (Capitation), 21 (Managed Care), 24 (SFPI AP), 25 (SFPI HR), 26 (SFPI AR). These correspond to features never built (see the reconciliation page), so they are an absence of scope rather than an absence of documentation.

5. Data-resident artifacts not recoverable from code

Navigation trees, security matrices, code-table values, benefit/billing/pricing rule rows, and batch schedules are data, enumerable only from a database export — see Migration Considerations §2. Until those exports arrive, every enumeration in these docs sourced from code is complete, but enumerations sourced from data (code tables, live menu, role assignments) are necessarily illustrative.
